Rules to organize international conferences and meetings in Egypt

According to the letter of ministry of foreign affairs which is included in the letter of the cabinet No.220, 1986 regarding the organization of international meetings and conferences in Egypt. These activities require a political approval that depends on the following:  the aims of the international conference and meeting, list of the participating countries in the conference, the budget of the conference showing the expenses and incomes. These aspects should be submitted a month earlier before holding the conference in order to get the necessary political approval.
