Department Mission: To prepare and qualify graduates with administrative and leadership skills and attributes, and a thorough understanding of management functions and styles, as well as recreational methods, in accordance with their responsibilities and roles within sports institutions and the community. The department also aims to equip students with advanced educational thinking and modern scientific principles in management related to physical education, fostering creativity and innovation in leading and developing sports activities. Furthermore, it seeks to develop students' leadership and followership skills to effectively work with athletes, thereby enhancing their skills and contributing to athletic advancement.
