Prof.Dr. Gamal Ismail, the acting president of Benha University asserts that he seeks to develop the university on the local and international apparatus, enhance the quality of education and prepare qualified graduates for the marketplace. He stresses that foreign students should be taken care of because of the economic and political impact in addition that they will be ambassadors for Egypt in their countries. He says that the university provided 50 scholarships for the African students to cement the Afro- Egyptian relationships. The acting president asserts that there will be a comprehensive plan to develop the university in the future.

Benha University President: Increasing the Scholarships presented by the British Universities
On Tuesday, 13/05/2015 Benha University held a workshop to discuss the cooperation ways between the Egyptian Public Universities and the British Universities under the presidency of Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the University President and in the presence of Mr. Mark Stefans, the British Cultural Advisor. During the workshop, Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din confirmed that the scholarships presented by the British Universities have been increased for the Egyptian students.
