The university council discusses the possibility to establish a university center in EL-Nowba to maintain the link between the university and El-Nowba. The center’s job is to know the problems which face El-Nowba and solve them. If the cente’s job is well-done, there will be other centers in the far places by contacting the ambassador in the ministry of foreign affairs to open new horizons between the university and the African countries.
