Major General \ Abdel Hamid Al-Hagan, Governor of Qalyubia congratulates Dr.Gamal Soussa after issuing a presidential decree to appoint him as Benha University president and he also confirmed on continuing cooperation between Benha University and the Governorate . The meeting was held in presence of Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the Vice –President for Post Graduate Studies Affairs and Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs. On the other hand, Dr. Gamal Soussa congratulated all the former leaders of Benha University for their great efforts and thanked Major General Abdel Hamid Al-Hagan for his great efforts to serve the people of the Governorate and he also assured on playing a vital role and directing all human energies at Benha University to serve the people of Qalyubia Governorate.

Benha University Board under presidency of Dr.Gamal Soussa, Benha University president has honored Mr. Wael Meky , the General Manager of Administrative Security for his previous efforts at the University . The meeting was held in presence of Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the Vice –President for Post Graduate Studies Affairs and Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs. On the other hand, Mr. Wael Meky thanked the University Board for that honor and stressed that he is proud of his work period at Benha University, wishing further progress and advancement for the university.

Dr.Gamal Soussa, Benha University President received Dr.Soliman Mustafa, the Former Vice- President for Education and Students Affairs to congratulate him for his new position as Benha University President .For his part, Dr. Gamal Soussa congratulated all the former leaders of Benha University for their great efforts and said that the leaders of Benha University are keen to establish a culture of institutional work and teamwork.

El Gizawy inspects the Aptitude Tests at Faculties of Applied A

Prof.Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University has inspected the aptitude tests at faculties of Applied Arts and Physical Education in presence of Dr. Osama Salah, the Faculty of Physical Education dean and Dr.Abd El Moamen Shams El Din, the Faculty of Applied Arts dean and deputies of both faculties. El Gizawy inspected the necessary preparations for conducting the aptitude tests for its faculties 2021/2022 for students holding secondary school certificate, its equivalent (Arab and foreign), and the technical certificates.
. He added that there are four faculties at Benha University are holding aptitude tests as following ; Faculty of physical education, Faculty specific education (art and music education departments), and Faculty of Applied Arts and Faculty of Nursing . It is worth mentioning that the aptitude tests have been started in August 7 and lasts till 19 of August 2021 according to the time plan of the Supreme Council of Universities. During his tour, Prof.Dr. Nasser El Gizawy inspected all the preventive and precautionary measures that have been taken to ensure the safety of the students and staff. The Community Service and Environment Development Sector and Directorate of Health Affairs in Qalyubia continued launching the medical convoys to Shibin El Qanater villages in the framework of Hayah Karima Initiative and by cooperation with Faculty of Medicine and under auspices of Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University and Dr. Gamal Soussa, the general supervisor on Community Service and Environment Affairs.
Dr. Gamal Sousa said that the university organized a medical convoy to the village of Kafr Shibin in cooperation between the Faculty of Medicine and the Directorate of Health Affairs in Qalyubia, within the framework of the societal role that Benha University plays to serve citizens. He also added that that the medical convoy with the door-knocking system is to ensure that free medical services and medicines reach their beneficiaries inside their homes as a precautionary measure in light of the Corona pandemic. For her part, Dr.Nermin Adly , the Faculty deputy for Community Service and Environment Affairs , said that 300 physicians from Faculty of Medicine from various specialties and departments have participated at the medical convoy to serve citizens.

The medical teams at Benha University have continued their work for the second day in succession to vaccinate Benha University students and staff to encounter Corona Virus.
On the other hand, Dr.Nasser El Gizawy, the Acting President of Benha University said that the medical teams have vaccinated 602 of its employees and students at faculty of Applied Arts and Faculty of Computer and Artificial Intelligence. It's worth mentioning that Prof. Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs and Dr. Gamal Soussa, the general supervisor on Community Service and Environment Affairs have inspected vaccination process at both faculties.

Graduates Follow up Office at Benha University organized a workshop about how to pass interview for all students, graduates and faculty members' staff. The workshop is going to start on Monday, 3082021 under auspices of Dr.Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University, Dr. Saad Mahmoud Saad, Director of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center, Dr. Hany Mohamed Zakaria, the manager of Graduates Follow up Office.

The Community Service and Environment Development Sector has continued launching its medical convoys Shibin El Qanater in the framework of Hayah Karima Initiative and under auspices of Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University, Dr. Gamal Soussa, the general supervisor on Community Service and Environment Affairs and by cooperation with Dr. Mohamed Gamal El Ashhab, the Faculty of Medicine dean.
Dr. Gamal Sousa said that the university organized a medical convoy to the village of El Ahraz within the framework of the societal role that Benha University plays to serve citizens and the villages in need. For her part, Dr.Nermin Adly , the Faculty deputy for Community Service and Environment Affairs , said that physicians from Faculty of Medicine from various specialties and departments have participated at the medical convoy to serve citizens and about 380 sick cases were diagnosed and take medicine for free, and some cases were transferred to the university hospital to make the necessary surgeries and early detection of breast tumors.

Dr.Nasser El Gizawy, the acting President of Benha University inspected the new buildings of the University at Kafr Saad , especially the Central labs .El Gizawy was accompanied by Dr.Amany Abd El Rahman , the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine dean , Dr. Lotfy Abu Salim , the Faculty of Science dean , Dr. Mohamed Saeed, Benha University engineering consultant and Dr. Mohamed Basyouny , the manager of Labs at Benha University.
. During his inspection tour for laboratories, El Gizawy said that Benha University is keen to develop and raise the efficiency of its infrastructure and provide it with the latest scientific equipment to serve the educational and research process. He also added that this strategy enables Benha University and its labs to host various research projects funded by donors, whether local, regional or international, which contributes to achieve the university's strategy by linking scientific research with industry and community problems.El Gizawy confirmed that Benha university aims in its future plans to invest in knowledge and turn it into wealth by adopting modern and innovative ideas and converting them into patents and establishing start-up companies to achieve these patents . He also added that the central laboratories of the University provide services to the public at affordable prices and high quality.
