In accordance with increasing the societal awareness and serving the community, the faculty of arts organizes an awareness forum entitled “Social media behavioral addiction”. This forum is conducted under the auspices of Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the University president, prof.Dr. El-Sayed Fouda, the vice president of community service and environment development, prof.Dr. Amgad Hegazi, the faculty’s dean, prof.Dr. Arabi EL-Tohki, the faculty’s vice dean of community service and environment development and in cooperation with Ms. Rania Motaaz, the assistant secretary-general of community service and environment development. Dr. Eman Abdel Rahman in the psychology department and Dr. Shimaa bakry in the department of Arabic language and literature deliver the speech in this forum.   

Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of educational and students affairs goes on a sudden tour to inspect several centers and educational units. He starts his tour by visiting “Creativa” center so as to discuss the ways of cooperation with the talented center in the University. It’s noteworthy that this center aims at developing the students’ skills and gets them properly qualified to meet the demands of the marketplace in the fields of IT and entrepreneurship. He also inspects the E-exams center where the mid-term exams of the faculty of physical therapy is conducted to make sure that everything is up and running. The vice president of educational and students affairs visits the University studio to attend the practical internship of the 2^nd grade students of the education technology department in the faculty of specific education.

Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the University president hosts, in his office, the faculties’ members’ club board in the presence of prof.Dr. Yakoot EL-Sonosy, the chairman of the board. EL-Gizaway congratulates the board on their trust put in them to perform their job duties while wishing them success and prosperity. The University president asserts that the meeting is about the faculties’ members’ club- related topics.

Benha University announces that the application deadline for the University professional development center vacancies is extended till the end of February. These vacancies are designed for the university’s faculties members and employees so as to implement the protocol into action that’s signed between Benha University and the American university in Cairo and it’s noteworthy that this program is funded by the USAID. The center aims to serve the University’s students and alumni, develop the students’ skills to help them plan for their career path. To this purpose, the center will cooperate with several companies and businesses to provide internships, jobs and useful educational programs. Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the university president goes on a sudden tour to inspect the university’s branch in EL-Obour with prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of educational and students affairs, prof.Dr. Hazem ELiwa, the academic manager of the university branch in EL-Obour city and prof.Dr. Mohamed Saeed, the engineering consultant of the university. The university president inspects the lectures halls to make sure that the educational process in up and running and the students are getting high-quality services. Finally, he heaps praise on everything he sees in his tour in the presence of the faculties’ members and the students.

Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of educational and students affairs inspects the services in the University’s hostels in Shubra, Toukh, Kafr Saad, and the hotel. He was accompanied by prof.Dr. Sayed Abdel Waynes, the general supervisor of the University’s hostels and prof.Dr. Awaad Allah Soliman, the general manager of the university hostels. The vice president makes sure that the students are getting a high quality services, clean bedrooms, kitchens, restaurants, food warehouses, and lodgings.

The faculty of physical education organizes, in cooperation with the innovators care fund in the University of Ain-Shams, the introductory forum of the sport-related business incubator under the auspices of prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the university president and Prof.Dr. Osama Salah, the dean of the faculty physical education. This forum is conducted in the presence of prof.Dr. Tamer Arafa, the faculty vice dean of the educational and students affairs, and prof.Dr. Mohamed Nabhan, the acting vice dean of educational and students affairs.

Benha University goes on sending the specialized convoys of eyes diseases in the village of Kafr Abed/ Toukh. These convoys come in accordance with “together, we are stronger” initiative launched by the University to take care of the Egyptian families. These medical convoys are sent under the auspices of prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the university president, prof.Dr. El-Sayed Fouda, the vice president of community services and environment development, prof.Dr. Mohamed EL-Ashhab, the dean of the faculty of medicine and the chairman of the university hospitals board, prof.Dr. Nermin Adly, the vice dean of the faculty of medicine, prof.Dr. Amr EL-Dakakney, the executive manager of the University hospitals, and Ms. Rania Motaz, the University assistant secretary-general of the community service and environment development and prof.Dr. Saeed Ahmed Khedir, the head of the central administration of AL-Azhur schools.

Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, Benha university president inspects the pre-doctorate degree tests in the faculty of physical education’s different departments. He was accompanied by prof.Dr. Osama Salah, the faculty’s dean, the faculty’s vice deans, the committee of the physical education in the Supreme council of the universities, and a number of the faculties’ members in the Egyptian universities. During the tour, the university president welcomes the professors of the physical education in the different Egyptian universities stressing that these tests come in accordance with the development of the physical education and it’s a part of the university plan to develop the physical education in Egypt as per its vision 2030.
