Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, announced an unprecedented agreement with Wuhan University in China to significantly reduce tuition fees for students at the Benha-Wuhan College of Graduate Studies. This initiative aims to provide high-quality international education in partnership with a globally recognized university ranked among the top 100 worldwide.
The President explained that the standard tuition fees at Wuhan University amount to approximately $6,200 annually, including accommodation. However, these fees have been substantially reduced for students of the college, with an additional exceptional discount of 50% on the reduced fees specifically for the first batch of Egyptian students.
He indicated that, under this agreement, the total annual fees after all discounts would be around 55,000 Egyptian pounds, covering the expenses of both Benha and Wuhan universities, as well as accommodation fees in China for one year. This makes it the most affordable international education option in Egypt, suitable for middle-income Egyptian families.
Prof. El-Gizawy added that it was agreed to limit enrollment this year to a maximum of 60 students per program to ensure adherence to the discounts and maintain the quality of the educational process.
